Why was forced to log out

The same account can only be logged in by one person at a time. If there is another session active during that time, the software will display a forced logout:

1. Check if you are logged in from multiple windows or different browsers, verify your password, and clear your browser history before logging in again.
2. The old and new versions cannot be opened simultaneously. If you try to open both, you will be prompted to log out. Please open only one version for drawing.
3. Determine if any colleagues are sharing this account. If you are sure no one else is using it, you should change the password before using the account.
