Why is the operation stuck?
If the operation is not smooth or suddenly stops, it may be due to the following reasons:
- You are opening multiple design projects at the same time across multiple tabs or browsers; you have too many tabs open in your browser, causing the cache to fill up → Save the file, clear the cache, and reload the design interface. Avoid opening multiple tabs or multiple design project tabs simultaneously.
- The number of model surfaces is too large → Check the library models added to the design interface and remove any unnecessary or unused models.
- Using an incompatible or unsupported browser → Use Google Chrome to operate the software.
- Poor network quality or slow internet speed → Find a better network connection or contact your internet service provider.
- The device has low specifications or hardware issues → Check your device, review the minimum system requirements, or contact your hardware provider.
