How to modify the position of the handle

Right-click on the door panel where the handle position needs to be changed. -- ""Handle""-- ""Install"" (Note: Using the example of changing a single door panel handle)

Go to the Handle settings -- Free installation -- Click on ""Nine-grid"" to move the handle (Note: The blue rectangle represents the position on the door panel where the handle is placed)
