The layout display optimization of the canvas

I. Feature Introduction

1. Solves the issue of the apartment layout appearing too small in the drawing window. The default display size of the apartment layout is set to 90% of the window's vertical area and 80% of the window's horizontal area.
2. Resolves the issue where the drawing diagram does not display within the viewing range when opened.
3. Allows the use of a laptop trackpad to zoom in on the drawing window.
