Why the rendered image has no ceiling

There are two reasons why the ceiling may not be displayed in the rendered image:

1. When rendering in Bird's-eye view mode, the rendered image will not show the ceiling. For normal rendering mode, you need to enter the room space to render an image with the ceiling displayed.
2. If the ceiling is not visible when checking in the design or rendering interface, you can check the hide/show ceiling function under Display – custom finishing – ceiling layer. The shortcut key is Ctrl + Shift + Z.
